Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Wausau Supply Company. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, increasing sales in your territory, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of business and increase sales in your territory by executing personal and company sales initiatives.
  • Regularly visit existing customers to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities for future sales.
  • Assist in preparing customer programs in your territory and manage each program from start to finish.
  • Identify and solicit new business opportunities and promote and help increase website usage.
  • Conduct dealer presentations and educational meetings, and attend sales meetings and customer functions.
  • Communicate effectively with Regional Manager on a regular basis and complete all sales reports on time and accurately.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma, College Degree, and/or 3-5 years of related sales experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge base and sales reporting software knowledge is a plus.
  • Highly developed planning and organizational abilities.
Working Demands/Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time due to travel aspect of position.
  • Must possess a MVR that qualifies per the auto insurance requirements.
  • Flexibility relative to hours as travel is weekly with some overnights.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs occasionally.
