Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

At Alside, we're transforming the way we do business to maximize our potential. We're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team and help drive sales growth and new business within a specific territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain target accounts to drive sales growth and new business
  • Lead all sales and account planning, forecasting, reporting, and management efforts for assigned accounts within the territory
  • Understand and anticipate customers' objectives, strategies, and requirements to identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with supply center and corporate resources to enter and fulfill orders
  • Mentor and support other sales representatives
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • CRM experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel 70% of the week within the region
  • Self-directed, highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and competitive
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the building materials industry
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with builders and architects to create bigger ticket sales
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 based on experience
  • 55% uncapped commission
