Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Modern Treasury's Sales team as an Enterprise Account Executive. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, building relationships with prospective customers, and driving sales growth.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the relationship with prospects, guiding them through the full sales cycle to happy Modern Treasury customers. You will be comfortable in a multi-party consultative sales process, engaging with both business and technical conversations across multiple levels of an organization.

You will have a deep understanding of Modern Treasury's API and be able to clearly communicate it to both technical and finance teams. You will also have a track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.

As a member of the Sales team, you will have the opportunity to help set the team culture and drive our sales process and go-to-market strategy.

About Modern Treasury

Modern Treasury is the operating system for money movement. Our payment operations platform combines a suite of APIs and dashboards to help companies unlock new payments revenue, strengthen customer experiences, and drive efficiency through their business.

Responsibilities

During your first week, you will meet the team and set up accounts, develop an understanding of the payments landscape, read industry primers, and build an understanding of how we integrate with banks and their clients.

During your first 4 weeks, you will build a deep understanding of our brand positioning, sales process, and customer stories, shadow sales calls, review proposals, and run your first sales calls.

During your first 12 weeks, you will independently manage and develop your pipeline, close your first customers, lead and contribute to team projects, and communicate customer needs to Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements

7+ years of sales experience in closing deals, ability to understand Modern Treasury's API and communicate it to technical and finance teams, track record of success in driving consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement, superior verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
