We are on the lookout for exceptional individuals to join our Call Center Team, renowned for setting the benchmark in customer support and quality assurance.

The Houston Call Center is tasked with managing inbound sales inquiries from prospective clients across the nation.

For this full-time role, we seek a seasoned call center customer service representative with supervisory or team lead experience to oversee and coordinate customer service operations, ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations while supporting service functions.


Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Shift: 1pm-10pm CST

Detailed Responsibilities:


Lead and cultivate the customer service department, which encompasses hiring, terminating, and disciplining staff, scheduling shifts, establishing work priorities, conducting team meetings, providing guidance, and training employees, assessing performance, and directing work assignments to guarantee effective departmental operations.

Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies by analyzing and recommending enhancements to existing customer service systems and processes.

Conduct call evaluations and offer constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

Address customer complaints to ensure satisfaction, assisting team members in resolving complex issues. Monitor incoming customer complaints and follow up as necessary.

Resolve pricing discrepancies and certain collection issues.

Coordinate damage reports with the insurance provider.


Draft apology letters and issue credit certificates to customers or take other appropriate actions based on the severity of the issues.

Assist in handling incoming customer calls.

Support the processing of service orders and scheduling of service appointments.

Communicate with dispatch to ensure accurate service appointment notifications.

Inform customers of estimated arrival times and may dispatch technicians to appointments.

Maintain all warranty and maintenance contract records and files.

Generate warranty invoices and submit them to the corporate office for payment.

Collect data and statistics to prepare reports for management review.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Relevant experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while being self-motivated to deliver outstanding customer service.

Strong listening and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed established goals.

Leadership capabilities.

Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
