Inbound
Customer Service Agent:
$18/hr
Bilingual, English & Spanish,
Customer Service Agent:
$19/hr
Our Contact Center operates 24/7, with potential for rotated night and weekend shifts.
Available Schedules:
Daytime: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Evening: 1:30pm - 10:00pm
Office Location:
The selected candidate will conduct interviews and training in our designated office. They will transition to our new office location upon its opening.

Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time for shifts, promptly logging into the phone system.
- Professionally manage incoming and outgoing customer calls to ensure thorough issue resolution.
- Deliver exceptional service across various areas, including scheduling appointments, relaying messages via email, processing payments, data entry, and de-escalating customer concerns.
- Address customer issues in a manner that benefits both the customer and the company while maintaining a positive demeanor over the phone.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment.
- Experience in inbound customer service.
- Must possess effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to gather relevant customer information while providing an excellent customer experience.
- A passion for excellence in customer care.
- A friendly, patient, and pleasant attitude in the workplace.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- A solid work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary (this is not a remote position).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- All candidates must undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
