  • Prepare and Process Daily Paperwork: Accurately prepare and process daily paperwork, adhering to audit compliance standards.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that drive lanes and crosswalks are clean and free of debris, water, oil spills, and other hazards.
  • Implement a Successful Staging Plan: Create and implement a staging plan to maximize parking capacity and ensure efficient operations.
  • Quickly Identify Vehicle Make and Models: Demonstrate a general knowledge of vehicle operations and quickly identify vehicle make and models.
  • Substitute for Other Positions: Be willing to substitute for other positions as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 months of related experience or training.
  • Driver's License: A valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and respond to requests for service and assistance professionally and courteously.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and deal with unexpected events.
  • Judgment: Sound and accurate judgment, with the ability to make decisions that ensure efficient and safe operations.
