Your Responsibilities:

  • Employ effective sales strategies to enhance and expand sales in the Janitorial/Sanitation and Breakroom categories, including Cleaning Chemicals & Supplies, Janitorial Paper & Dispensers, Hand Soaps & Sanitizers, Safety Supplies, Coffee Brewer Programs, and more across designated commercial Mid-Market accounts.
  • Utilize digital selling tools and enablement resources for efficient sales funnel management and to identify new business opportunities.
  • Drive program adoption among end users by implementing and executing successful initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
  • Manage requests for proposals, deliver quotes, and make informed decisions based on client requirements.
  • Oversee contract renewals related to facilities services and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
  • Engage in strategic planning and prioritization aligned with company objectives.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to identify and address customer needs, delivering solutions that prioritize client satisfaction.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and utilizing various tools and digital processes.
  • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrates urgency to outperform competitors and drive profitability.
  • Utilizes digital technology to enhance the customer experience through a combination of digital and personal interaction.
  • Recognizes the importance of tools and processes for effective prospecting strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Solid understanding of the Janitorial/Sanitation and Breakroom sectors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
