Industrial Sales Representative

Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Account Manager to join our team. As an Industrial Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our industrial customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Utilize a consultative approach to sell products and services, offering add-on and up-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in industrial sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the industrial market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
