About the Role:

Zwift is on the lookout for a dedicated People Operations Coordinator to enhance our People Team.

In this position, you will play a vital role in assisting Hiring Managers to pinpoint and recruit top-tier talent for their vacancies, while also ensuring a global, progressive, and enjoyable employee experience through our People Operations initiatives and protocols.

Your contributions will span all phases of the employee lifecycle at Zwift, from recruitment and onboarding to exit processes, while supporting the execution of Zwift's strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective, consistent, and fair processes for people programs and policies. Propose innovative strategies and procedures to enhance our existing workflows.
  • Assist with daily People Team operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, role creation and replacements, employee relations, performance management, and management of employee data.
  • Oversee immigration matters and global mobility in collaboration with team members and external immigration experts.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to assess their recruitment needs. Evaluate applicants and conduct initial talent screenings with qualified candidates before forwarding them to the Hiring Manager.
  • Ensure a seamless, efficient, and equitable talent acquisition process.
  • Work alongside our People Experience Specialist to manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, and streamline our recruiting processes and resources.
  • Engage with external recruitment agencies as necessary to source the right talent for open positions.
  • Integrate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into Zwift's People Practices.
  • Maintain HR data integrity; ensure our personnel data is accurate, consistent, and current through the establishment of processes and regular audits to continuously enhance data quality.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant HR Certification with 3-4 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to deliver programs within tight timelines.
  • Comprehensive understanding of local and regional People practices.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail, capable of analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with a strong commitment to quality while managing multiple, often competing, priorities.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Resilient in adapting to change with the capability to adjust and perform in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, particularly Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Experience with Workday HCM or other HRIS systems. Familiarity with Greenhouse or other ATS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of global People practices.
  • Awareness of key legal challenges in various regional jurisdictions.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position ranges between $57,000 and $89,000, determined by various factors including the role, the individual's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.

Alongside the base salary, Zwift offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package for all eligible employees, which includes performance bonuses, equity, and a full suite of medical, financial, and other perks.
