Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients and caregivers
  • Lead and direct pharmacy technician support staff to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance and quality care
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
