Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to join our team as an Employee Health and Onboarding Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient operations of employee health services, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement efficient operations of employee health services, including designing and implementing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  2. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address health-related issues, providing education and support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  3. Support the recruitment and onboarding process by conducting clinical interviews, providing education on hospital-wide and departmental policies, and ensuring timely processing of newly hired employees
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed to practice as an RN; current BLS certification required
  • Three years' experience as a RN; experience with interviewing clinical candidates and employee health nursing preferred

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
