Role Summary

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the entire recruitment and onboarding process, from job postings to new hire orientation;
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations;
  • Maintaining accurate records and data, including employee files, HR databases, and performance metrics;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and management, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives and improve business outcomes;
  • Staying current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to inform decision-making and drive results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
  • At least three years of professional experience in human resources, preferably in an educational setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Knowledge of ADP system processes and proficiency in HR-related computer applications;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
