We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Employee Health. As a valued member of our healthcare community, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

About This Role:

This is a rewarding position where you will administer flu vaccinations, assist with pre-employment health evaluations, and perform annual health evaluations on all employees. You will also maintain Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) records, review and follow up on occupational injury/illness reports, and handle Worker's Compensation claims.

What You'll Do:

  • Administer flu vaccinations to ensure the health and safety of our employees.
  • Assist with pre-employment health evaluations for prospective employees, ensuring they meet our health standards.
  • Perform annual health evaluations on all employees, promoting a culture of wellness within our organization.
  • Maintain accurate OSHA records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and follow up on occupational injury/illness reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Handle Worker's Compensation claims, providing support to employees in need.
  • Promote an environment consistent with our infection control policies, minimizing the spread of infectious diseases.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate policies and procedures, ensuring our employees receive the best care possible.

Your Background:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a graduate degree from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program. Additionally, you should have at least one year of LPN experience, or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency program. You must also be licensed to practice as an LPN in South Carolina.
