Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Health Specialist to join our team at MBI Health Services, LLC. Located in the D.C. Metropolitan Area, we provide a wide range of services and programs for adults and children.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, and be licensed in Washington DC as LPC, LICSW, or LMFT. Experience in supervisory roles is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide structured clinical counseling in accordance with District of Columbia license and certification standards.
  • Conduct mental health and substance abuse intakes and assessments, developing treatment plans.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, linking families to appropriate services and agencies.
  • Maintain assigned caseload, providing therapy and case management notes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Licensed in Washington DC as LPC, LICSW, or LMFT.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
