Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for handling employee relations investigations and providing key HR support to maintain a fair and compliant work environment.

This position will focus on leading employee relations investigations, collaborating with HR leadership and legal teams, and overseeing timekeeping processes to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll for hourly employees.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least 5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee investigations, and proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead employee relations investigations and draft thorough reports on findings.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and legal teams to resolve employee complaints.
  • Oversee timekeeping processes to ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll for hourly employees.
  • Maintain HR-related documentation, ensuring data integrity and assisting in audits.
  • Support HR compliance tasks, including policy updates, EEO reporting, and maintaining employee handbooks.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across the organization and assist with HR functions as needed.
