Compensation and Employee Services Specialist

This dynamic role involves:
- Overseeing health, wellness, and retirement benefit programs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Assisting with payroll processing, including deductions, taxes, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Managing open enrollment, renewals, and employee education initiatives.
- Supporting leave administration, including short-term and long-term disability and FMLA.
- Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and benefit providers to ensure service quality.
- Collaborating with internal teams on HRIS updates and benefits technology enhancements.
For this role, we are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5–7 years of experience in benefits administration and payroll support, and proficiency in HR systems. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
