The Addison Group seeks a skilled Benefits & Payroll Specialist to manage employee benefits programs, administer payroll, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop resources to educate employees about their benefits and support HR technology improvements.

This dynamic role involves:
  • Overseeing health, wellness, and retirement benefit programs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Assisting with payroll processing, including deductions, taxes, and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Managing open enrollment, renewals, and employee education initiatives.
  • Supporting leave administration, including short-term and long-term disability and FMLA.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and benefit providers to ensure service quality.
  • Collaborating with internal teams on HRIS updates and benefits technology enhancements.

For this role, we are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5–7 years of experience in benefits administration and payroll support, and proficiency in HR systems. You should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
