We offer safe housing solutions and long-term assistance through shelters, foster care, community centers, and housing options, impacting more than 28,000 youth annually across numerous locations. 4. Enhancing Overall Well-Being: Our comprehensive services address trauma and challenges, including case management, counseling, mental health support, and educational resources.

With a dedicated team of approximately 215 employees and 80 volunteers, we operate with an annual budget of around $22 million.

ROLE CONTEXT

This position reports to the Program Manager and is responsible for delivering comprehensive, trauma-informed school-based suicide prevention and early intervention services. Key Responsibilities Include:

  4. Assisting the Program Manager with documentation for presentations.
  5. Planning and conducting training sessions for school staff and stakeholders.
  6. Supporting the Clinical Coordinator in training new staff and volunteers.
  7. Participating in crisis response and grief counseling as needed.
  8. Collaborating with school personnel and the community to reduce stigma and improve access to mental health services.
  9. Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with program requirements.
  10. Contributing to the development and evaluation of a trauma-informed approach for youth and families with co-occurring disorders.
