Job Summary:

The Family Parent Partner is a vital role at Victor, where you will establish and implement support services for children and families. As a liaison, you will ensure advocacy and support services to all participating families, engaging and providing skill-building to youth and families as assigned. Your introduction and engagement support will help families entering services, while coordinating with the management team to develop and implement program systems and standards that promote consumer-driven family-centered services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the consumer representative to program activities, ensuring advocacy and support services to all participating families.
- Engage and provide skill-building to youth and families as assigned.
- Provide introduction and engagement support for families entering services.
- Coordinate with the management team in the development and implementation of program systems and standards that promote consumer-driven family-centered services.

Requirements:

- Must possess a high school diploma/GED.
- Must be a former consumer, caregiver, or relative of a special needs child who has received services from a child-serving agency.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
- Former experience working with infants/toddlers a plus.
