Job Title: Bilingual Case Manager Lead

Jewish Family Service of San Diego is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Case Manager Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Immigration Services department, you will be responsible for providing supervision and support to a team of case managers, ensuring the efficient and effective completion of case management tasks, and influencing and creating case management protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to shelter locations and provide support to shelter guests
  • Guide the case management team in implementing and adhering to established processes
  • Provide support to the case management team at shelter locations and ensure daily assignments and tasks are accomplished
  • Ensure case management team is efficiently and effectively completing intakes, confirming sponsors, and arranging travel
  • Pull reports to make decisions on operational prioritizing and discuss with other leadership team members
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (or other language commonly spoken at the shelter)
  • One or more years of supervision or leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working within client database systems
  • Knowledge and experience in case management and job skills training
