Job Title: Bilingual Case Manager Lead

At Jewish Family Service of San Diego, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Case Manager Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Immigration Services department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to a team of case managers who work with asylum seekers and other vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision and guidance to case managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and implement case management protocols and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to case managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, preferably in an immigration or social services setting.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (or other languages commonly spoken in the community).
