About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual Family Partner to join our team at Seneca Family of Agencies. As a key member of our Wraparound program, you will work closely with families to provide coaching, support, and advocacy to help them navigate the complex social services system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with families and caregivers to understand their unique needs and challenges
  • Provide coaching and support to help families access community resources, mental health services, and social services
  • Advocate for families' needs and rights, ensuring they receive the support and services they deserve
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to family support
  • Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Personal experience raising a child who has received social health services
  • High School diploma/GED or higher
  • Bilingual Spanish skill set
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
  • Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination

  • Ability to work as a team player and with a diverse population
  • Good writing and organizational skills
