Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our community-based physician practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and obtain prior authorizations from insurance companies as needed.
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including greeting patients, answering questions, and assisting with paperwork.
  • Collect co-payments and schedule follow-up appointments, tests, and procedures.
  • Field incoming telephone calls and triage appropriately.
  • Monitor patient flow and waiting room activity.
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with 2 years of experience working in a community-based medical practice, preferably with Epic experience. A positive attitude, innovative spirit, and genuine passion for the work are essential.
