Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inbound Sales Representative to drive consumer business by engaging on incoming calls and building relationships with individual consumers who are looking to transport their vehicles. As a key member of our growing team, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue by converting leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage and qualify potential customers through inbound sales efforts, educating them on our vehicle transportation services and highlighting key benefits such as safety, reliability, and convenience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes based on customer requirements and the scope of the transportation service.
  • Track and manage customer inquiries, leads, and sales activities using a CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of transport services.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team revenue objectives.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, pricing, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
  • Provide feedback on sales processes and customer preferences to help optimize the sales strategy.
Qualifications:


• Experience with sales, account services, and customer relationship management.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.


• Ability to effectively present services and close sales.


• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.


• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
