Business Development Representative

At SFB, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, deepening existing relationships, and growing SFB's market share in the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Deepen existing relationships with customers and prospects
- Grow SFB's market share in the communities we serve
- Collaborate with branch management and internal business partners to uncover needs and make referrals to cross-sell products and services
- Engage in defined sales activities to include uncovering customer needs, offering solutions, closing the business, onboarding, follow-up, outbound calling, and recording each point of customer contact in the Bank's system of record
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two years' experience in a retail or banking environment required, supervisory experience preferred
- Proven success in delivering a superior experience in a customer-centric environment
