As a Patient Service Representative, you will play an integral part in the operations of our community-based physician practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and obtain Prior Authorizations from insurances when needed.
  • Check-in patients, answer their questions, and assist with pre-visit paperwork/forms.
  • Complete forms, collect co-payments, and schedule follow-up appointments, tests, and/or procedures during check-out.
  • Field incoming telephone calls and triage appropriately.
  • Monitor patient flow and waiting room activity.
  • Provide general support to practice leadership, clinicians, and peers.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience working in a community-based medical practice preferred.
  • Epic experience preferred.
