Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at North Shore Community Health Inc. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and clinical staff, ensuring smooth clinic flow, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and schedule patients for appointments
- Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information
- Process patient payments and reconcile payments
- Provide translation services as needed
- Maintain organized and clean work areas and waiting room
- Assist with HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to multi-task and follow up to complete tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
