Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Assess and understand clients' financial needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date on all retail products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients
- Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically 1-2 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
- Bilingual Nepali/English or Spanish/English
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
- Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
- Experience in participating in sales campaigns and promotions
