Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and understand clients' financial needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date on all retail products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Participate in sales campaigns and promotions to drive business growth and revenue

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 1-2 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Bilingual Nepali/English or Spanish/English
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
  • Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
  • Experience in participating in sales campaigns and promotions
