About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Northern California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, cultivating relationships with key distributors, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve Bridor's goals in profitability, volume, and new product launches.
  • Distributor Relationships: Cultivate and grow relationships with key distributors, dedicating 40% of your time to a primary distributor and 60% to others.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts in Northern California.
  • Broker & Trade Spend Management: Oversee brokers, manage trade spend, and execute competitive pricing strategies.
  • Market Strategy: Develop annual business plans and provide market insights to drive profitable sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, sales training, and product sampling to enhance Bridor's market presence.
  • Industry Events: Represent Bridor at food shows and events.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 4-7 years of regional sales experience, particularly in food service accounts within the Northern California territory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in premium-quality baking products or related food service sectors is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Baking Experience: Candidates with baking experience or knowledge of the baked goods industry are highly valued.
Compensation Package
  • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus an annual performance bonus.
  • Car Allowance: Monthly stipend for travel expenses.
