Regional Service Leader

Mettler Toledo is seeking a Regional Service Leader to lead all aspects of service operations in the California and Pacific Northwest regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service management, business development, and leadership. The Regional Service Leader will be responsible for executing the vision of success in Service, measuring profitable growth of the regional customer base, and leading direct service technicians. Additionally, the candidate will promote safety, growth, operational excellence, and personnel development within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the region
- Lead and manage a team of direct service technicians to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with the Service Back Office to achieve maximum technician efficiency and world-class customer satisfaction
- Manage existing customer contracts, contract reviews, and penetration of new accounts
- Travel 20-30% overnight to support regional operations and customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as service management, business, or a related field
- 10 years of experience in service operations, with a strong background in leadership and business development
- High achievement motivation, with a focus on results, discipline, and accountability
- Open, flexible, and adaptive leadership style
