Key Responsibilities:

As a seasoned Sous Chef, you will lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will work closely with the Chef De Cuisine to develop menus, manage kitchen operations, and ensure seamless execution of events. Your expertise in team management, menu development, and kitchen operations will be crucial in driving our culinary vision forward.

Requirements:

Minimum two (2) years of high-volume restaurant experience, preferably in high-end casual or fine dining. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Ability to stand for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Current Food Handler's Certification is a must.
