Executive Culinary Manager

Responsibilities:
* Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and inventory management
* Expedite service and manage mis-en-place
* Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and workstations
* Collaborate with the General Manager to direct kitchen activities
* Ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and guest experience
Requirements:
* 2 years of fine dining culinary experience and 3 years of management experience
* Culinary degree preferred
* Food handlers safety certificate preferred
* Advanced product knowledge and interest in local or unique ingredients
* Cleanliness, organization, and ability to work well in a team environment
* Strong dedication to learning and continuous improvement
