Job Summary:

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Operations to oversee and manage our client's business operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements for their IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) population.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of our IDD business operations.
  • Oversee the financial operations of the IDD business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to IDD services.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the IDD business operations team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, community organizations, and other service providers.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance measures to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IDD services.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in business operations, preferably in the IDD or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with Orthodox Jewish Practices.
