Job Overview

As the Manager of Business Operations Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in this mission by conducting strategic analyses of our operational processes to enhance efficiency and uncover areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and data analysis. You should have a keen analytical mindset, capable of making informed decisions while critically evaluating assumptions and focusing on details. Resourcefulness in utilizing internal tools and data to create models that clearly communicate your findings and recommendations is essential. Additionally, you should be adept at recognizing how shifts in operational conditions impact functions and proactively planning for necessary adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage internal tools to monitor operations and supply chain metrics, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Provide regular updates on operations and supply chain status to various stakeholders, facilitating necessary process adjustments.
  • Enhance internal tools for tracking operations and supply chain performance, contributing to the refinement of our analytical models.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize our supply chain configuration to improve downstream operational efficiency.
  • Oversee supply chain operations to guarantee accurate and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and document changes in the supply chain, anticipating adjustments needed to respond to external factors.
  • Assist in deepening our understanding of business fundamentals and pinpointing ways to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business data analysis, ideally with a degree in business analytics.
  • Proficient in data manipulation, with experience in building models using Excel and spreadsheets to derive insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and insights clearly and logically.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and business operations, including buying and manufacturing processes, is a plus.
