Job Overview

As the Business Operations Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this mission by strategically assessing our operational processes to identify efficiencies and opportunities for enhancement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in data analysis, particularly with tools such as Excel and spreadsheets. You should have a keen analytical mindset, capable of making informed decisions while critically evaluating assumptions and focusing on details. Resourcefulness in utilizing internal tools and data to create models that clearly articulate your findings and recommendations is essential. Additionally, you should be adept at recognizing how shifts in operational conditions impact business functions and proactively planning for necessary adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage internal tools to monitor operations and supply chain metrics, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Provide regular updates on operations and supply chain status to various stakeholders, facilitating necessary adjustments to processes.
  • Enhance internal tools for tracking operational and supply chain performance, contributing to the refinement of our internal models.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize our supply chain structure to improve downstream business operations.
  • Oversee supply chain operations to guarantee accurate and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor supply chain modifications, anticipating necessary changes to adapt to external factors.
  • Assist in developing a comprehensive understanding of business fundamentals and identifying ways to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in business data analysis, preferably with a degree in business analytics.
  • Proficient in data handling, with experience in building models in Excel and spreadsheets to derive insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying ideas and insights clearly and logically.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience with SQL is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the fashion industry and business operations, including buying and manufacturing processes, is a plus.
