Key Responsibilities of the Certified Behavior Analyst:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and assess the efforts of assigned staff to meet the objectives outlined in the client's IEP/IFSP.
  • Provide training and oversight to Behavior Technicians.
  • Deliver direct services to clients and their families when appropriate.
  • Implement program curricula effectively.
  • Manage and analyze data regarding client progress.
  • Maintain responsibility for daily data recording and client status reporting.
  • Prepare annual evaluations of program effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Experience working with individuals facing developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges using ABA methodologies.

Educational Background:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education (mandatory).

Licensure/Certification:

  • BCBA certification.

At Bluestone ABA, we employ Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who have completed advanced education in relevant fields, gained experience in autism treatment, and passed a stringent examination by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). Our team consists of skilled and compassionate analysts who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. Each BCBA is supported by a senior clinical supervisor to ensure the highest standard of care.
