About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Dart Healthcare Staffing. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop and implement comprehensive, hierarchical programming based on data, progress, and ongoing assessment of clients.
  • Training and Supervision: Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff on patient caseload.
  • Family Guidance: Provide ongoing direct and indirect family guidance necessary for programming success.
  • Communication: Maintain consistent communication with all treatment team members and participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers.
  • Data Review: Review data on a timely basis and communicate with team members as needed.
  • Professional Boundaries: Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Intake and Assessments: Conduct comprehensive initial intake and perform recurring assessments.
  • Discharge Planning: Develop and implement discharge and transition plans for children on your caseload.
Requirements
  • Certification: Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month.
  • Licensure: LBA (if applicable)
  • Background Check: Willing to undergo a background check.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting to client homes.
  • Experience: Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
