About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Autism Services team at Dart Healthcare Staffing. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for driving the execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive initial assessments to ensure high-quality care for our clients.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Autism Services, including staff and client scheduling.
  • Create and maintain training and onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and support to our team members on ABA techniques and programming.
  • Implement and prepare program curricula and annual reports on program effectiveness.
  • Provide direct services to clients and their parents, when appropriate.
  • Communicate effectively with treatment team members regarding programming and any difficulties that may arise.
  • Complete annual performance evaluations for team members to determine potential for improvement and ensure treatment integrity.
  • Collaborate with our administrative teams, including Admissions, Payroll, Finance, Billing, and Human Resources, to manage staff and client records and payer relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA techniques.
  • Experience working with children ages 1-4 is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience for the Clinical Director role.
