Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Ensure the effectiveness of our programs and services, and develop strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Client Assessment: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
  • Client Services: Provide direct services to clients and their families, including implementing program curricula and managing data to track progress.

Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education.
