About the Role

Family & Children's Services is seeking a skilled Child Therapist to join our team. As a Child Therapist, you will work with children aged 4-18, providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions. You will also conduct intakes, treatment plans, and treatment plan updates for clients on your case load.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Evidence-Based Treatment to children and their families
  • Conduct intakes, treatment plans, and treatment plan updates for clients on your case load
  • Provide family therapy monthly to families of the children on your case load
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to provide a coordinated effort to enhance client recovery
  • Utilize the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model of care
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Social Work or its equivalent from an accredited school
  • Knowledge and experience in individual, group, and family therapy
  • Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Must demonstrate a clinical family systems orientation and ability to work with diverse populations with multiplicity of problems
  • Must be licensed or under supervision for licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma
  • Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office
