Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective, data-driven behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) managing client cases.
  • Facilitate family involvement and guidance to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders involved in the treatment process.
  • Collaborate with external service providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Regularly assess and report on client progress and program effectiveness.
  • Uphold professional standards and ethical guidelines as outlined by the BACB.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and periodic evaluations of client progress.
  • Plan and coordinate transitions for clients as they progress through their treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or be in the process of obtaining certification.
  • State licensure as required.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for client visits.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges using ABA methodologies.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Capability to bend and squat for extended periods.
  • Engagement in activities requiring fine and gross motor skills.
