Position Title: Enrollment Outreach Specialist

Role Overview: As an Enrollment Outreach Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the enrollment process for individuals seeking Qualified Health Plans (QHP), insurance affordability programs, and various public assistance initiatives. This position requires comprehensive training and certification to ensure a deep understanding of outreach benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently schedule and conduct enrollment assistance sessions at designated locations.
  • Provide essential support in navigating and utilizing the self-service portal.
  • Monitor the status of pending applications and manage the submission of necessary customer documentation.
  • Oversee Manual ID Verification processes for clients encountering identity verification challenges.
  • Ensure that services are delivered in a fair, accurate, and impartial manner.
  • Compile and submit weekly reports detailing metrics such as applications, enrollments, and demographic information of individuals served.

Job Type: This is a Contract-to-Hire position.
