About This Role
The Enrollment Support Specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring a seamless enrollment experience for our clients. This role requires a high level of expertise in the entire enrollment process, from initial setup to ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the entire enrollment process, including EDI transactions and client onboarding.
- Facilitate enrollments for new and existing clients, ensuring timely completion and resolution of any issues.
- Track and follow-up with clients, payers, and intermediaries to ensure all enrollments are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Prioritize multiple tasks under aggressive time constraints, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by management within the area of responsibility and control.
Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism in communicating with clients and payers, both written and verbally.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a high level of autonomy.
- Resourceful and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Consistently reliable and accountable for their actions.
- Experience in provider/payer EDI enrollment is preferred.
