About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at K2view. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion into Fortune 1000 companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within Fortune 1000 companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of closing experience in field sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to Fortune 1000 companies.
- Experience working in innovative tech companies, with a strong understanding of SaaS, data tooling, or similar industries.
- Success in selling to Fortune 1000 companies, with a strong ability to win new and expand deals.
- Met/exceeded sales goals of $1M+, with an average contract value (ACV) of $100k+.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently, driven, adaptable, honest, and responsive.
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%+).
Extra Credit
- Familiarity with the MEDDIC qualification approach.
- President's Club, top rep, top percentile performer, consistent YoY overachievement.
- Experience with deal sizes of $500k+.
