About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at RSM US LLP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our Human Capital Solutions, with a focus on UKG solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  2. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads, and develop relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
  3. Solution Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and delivery of solutions.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in the human capital solutions or enterprise software industry.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the human capital solutions market and the needs of middle-market companies.
  3. Sales Skills: Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex solutions to clients.
  5. Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. UKG Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience selling UKG solutions.
  3. Industry Experience: Experience working with middle-market companies, with a strong understanding of their business needs and challenges.
  4. Solution Selling: Experience with solution selling, with a strong ability to develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
