Formulate strategic plans and accurate sales forecasts for your territory and assigned accounts based on historical sales data, industry trends, and market analysis.

Customer Service Excellence

Deliver exceptional customer service and address all client needs promptly and effectively.

Maintain comprehensive sales records, pipeline reports, and generate relevant sales and market analyses on a regular basis.

Actively participate in sales meetings on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Stay informed about industry developments and the products and services offered.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Self-driven and proactive in sales strategies with a strong desire to close sales during every client interaction.

Possess robust technical and industry knowledge.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with previous experience in Prophet21 (P21) being highly desirable.
Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Exhibit strong organizational and task management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Ability to engage with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with customers and vendors.
Focus on achieving company objectives while continuously seeking improvement and growth in your territory.
Preferred Education and Experience

A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Industrial Distribution, Engineering & Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or Sales/Marketing; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Outside Sales, Account Manager, or Territory Manager role within the industrial sector is required.
Work Environment

Work in a modern, multifunctional office setting with significant daily travel for client visits, attending trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as necessary based on client needs.
