Key Responsibilities:
- Articulate and convey the features, functionalities, and advantages of technical products and services.
- Design and present customized product demonstrations that effectively address client inquiries and technical concerns.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to gather technical specifications and ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
- Document client preferences and requirements, liaising with the technical team to enhance the overall client experience.
- Provide constructive feedback to the technical team regarding desired user interface and user experience features.
- Offer technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare and submit proposals and quotations tailored to customer specifications.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products.
