About the Role

Coxe Curry & Associates is seeking a highly skilled Client Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a critical role in advancing the deliverables of our nonprofit client engagements to further their fundraising goals and broader mission objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive campaign and fundraising strategies tailored to defined objectives of client engagements, ensuring alignment with their mission and broader goals.
  • Convey client stories through materials that support marketing and fundraising efforts and lead towards a successful solicitation.
  • Position directors to develop strategy to move forward client objectives and project manage the actions of all roles within the client team to maintain the progress of the engagement.
  • Forge and enhance relationships with a diverse portfolio of nonprofit clients, implementing and helping develop tailored advice and solutions that drive their success.
  • Advance the progress of multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables meet our standards as defined by our core values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Social Work/Human Services, or Communications; or equivalent years of related experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit management, project management, or related field.
  • Exceptional project management skills and tactical strategy coupled with relationship management and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of supporting leadership and successfully delivering desired outcomes and objectives as defined by the scope of work.
  • Deep interest in the nonprofit sector and the Atlanta philanthropic landscape, with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • High ethical standards, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach, with the capacity to inspire trust and confidence among clients and colleagues.
