Client Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at Ascensus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to clients on day-to-day issues
- Act as a proactive point of contact for assigned key relationships, ensuring retention and growth
- Collaborate with Plan Sponsors, Brokers, Registered Investment Advisors, Trust Companies, and other Third-Party Vendors to respond to requests and resolve issues
- Participate in sales presentations and prepare client/advisor meetings as needed
- Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction, meeting competing deadlines with accuracy and urgency
- 5+ years of experience in a related position in the retirement services sector
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or industry experience
