Job Summary:

The Client Services Manager plays a critical role in advancing nonprofit client engagements, driving fundraising goals, and broader mission objectives. This role requires strong tactical skills, relationship management, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a collaborative team member, contributing to a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and talent development.
  2. Advance comprehensive campaign and fundraising strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives and mission.
  3. Convey client stories through marketing and fundraising materials, leading towards successful solicitations.
  4. Demonstrate critical and strategic thinking, problem-solving, and creative solutions while maintaining high ethical standards.
  5. Position directors to develop strategy, project manage client team actions, and maintain engagement progress.
  6. Forge and enhance relationships with nonprofit clients, implementing tailored advice and solutions.
  7. Advance multiple projects with attention to detail, ensuring deliverables meet our standards.
  8. Execute tasks in coordination with client engagement, including meeting materials, document maintenance, and grant requests.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participate in firm-wide and community engagement projects.
  • Expand fundraising and Atlanta-specific knowledge, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Mentor junior staff, sharing insights and experiences to foster professional growth.
  • Represent Coxe Curry & Associates in the Atlanta community, building relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit management, project management, or related field.
  • Exceptional project management skills, relationship management, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of supporting leadership and delivering desired outcomes.
  • Deep interest in the nonprofit sector and Atlanta philanthropic landscape.
  • High ethical standards, professionalism, and team-oriented approach.

Work Environment:

This role is primarily situated within a dynamic office setting, requiring extended durations of sedentary work and computer-based tasks. Employees may be required to perform physical tasks, and the role necessitates visual acuity for extensive screen time.
