Client Services Manager

As a Client Services Manager at The Stepping Stones Group, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on identifying new opportunities, creating and executing business development strategies, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities in assigned regions
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive client acquisition and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve placement targets and acquire additional business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client services and support
  • Negotiate bill rates and contract terms, create proposals, and finalize client contract documents
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding client needs and preferences, and providing clear and consistent communication
Requirements:
  • Fearless and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and communicating with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to achieve results
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs
